The hotel had quiet and clean rooms with a nice layout, though the wet bar area could use some maintenance. The service was surprising, always friendly and helpful, and the location was open and spacious with attentive staff. The dining experience was substantial with a variety of options. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some disappointments. The made-to-order omelettes and nice breakfast selections were a highlight, but the delay in room availability was a downside. The view of the river and downtown was gorgeous, although the room quality didn't meet the usual Embassy Suites standards.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for my family with the bedroom separated from the family room. The service was outstanding, from the valets to the front desk, making our stay hassle-free. The location is terrific, in the East Village neighborhood right on the river with easy access to downtown attractions. The dining options were good with a variety of choices, and the facilities were well-maintained.
